IN VIEW OF A CALL WEEKEND | NOVEMBER 14-16

The Pastor Search Team is honored to present and recommend Pastor Kyle Stachewicz for your consideration as our next Lead Pastor at Trinity Baptist Church.  Kyle has been prayerfully evaluated through our extensive search process and has emerged as the candidate most aligned with the Pastor Profile (established initially from the congregational survey as the ideal standard to which all candidates have been measured). As the evaluation process has proceeded and personal encounters with Kyle have occurred, his character and biblical qualifications have been affirmed by all. A heart for Kingdom building and shepherding have stood out, along with impressive educational achievements, Lead Pastoral experience, and preaching technique emphasizing the gospel. His friendly and engaging personality combined with humble confidence seems the perfect fit to lead us into the next chapter of life at TBC. We’ve had a strong sense that as the Spirit has been drawing the PST closer to Kyle throughout the process, he has been drawn closer to us as well and has expressed a clear calling to serve here.

Pastor Kyle and his family will come to Reedsburg on November 14-16 to meet the congregation and preach the sermon that Sunday morning. There will be multiple opportunities to get to know Kyle and hear his heart. Further meet and greet event information is below. Please RSVP for the weekend events by Monday, November 10.  That Sunday evening at 5:00 PM, a Special-Called Membership Meeting will be held for a congregational vote to extend a call for the Lead Pastor position.

The Pastor Search Team has assembled an informational packet for the congregation with much more detail about Pastor Kyle and his family, his faith and ministry perspectives, sermon, etcetera to aid the congregation’s decision. This packet is available in your T-Mail or on the foyer bulletin board. After reading the information packet, if you have any unanswered questions please email pst@todayschurch.com as the Pastor Search Team will be preparing a list of questions for the Q&A time with Kyle (Saturday evening).
