Trinity Baptist Church is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual to provide administrative and communications support to staff and ministry leaders.  

Responsibilities involve a variety of tasks including receptionist duties, preparing the weekly service bulletin and announcement slides, designing and disseminating communication materials, publicizing events, managing the church calendar and coordinating spaces, maintaining office equipment and supplies, as well as general office duties as assigned.

The position requires strong organizational skills, a high level of discretion and confidentiality in communications, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with managing Facebook, website editing programs (Subsplash, Squarespace – no coding), familiarity with communication software (Mailchimp), graphic design tools (Canva, Fireworks, Photoshop) and basic audio/video editing is a definite plus.  Individual must support the core values and programs of Trinity Baptist Church.

Part-time at 15-20 hours per week in a flexible, family-friendly, positive work environment. Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM -3:00 PM with a one-hour lunch.  Complete job description is available here.
